1、?立式壓濾機簡介

Brief introduction of vertical filter press

立式全自動隔膜壓濾機（簡稱：立式壓濾機）是固液分離設備，采用高壓過濾原理，料漿經過濾布截留、濾液排出，實現固液分離。立式壓濾機采用立式安裝結構，人機交互界面，PLC 控制，可實現全自動化運行。具有入料時間短、能耗低、占地面積小、濾餅水分低、洗滌率高、濾布再生等優點，被廣泛應用于礦山、冶金、化工、食品、醫藥、造紙、制糖、染料、污水處理等行業。

2、魯中公司立式壓濾機技術特點

Vertical filter press technical features

（1）各濾室單獨注漿，確保了全部濾室同步入料，濾板受力均勻，料漿注滿濾室時間短，過濾速度大大優于中心入料（單端或雙端）的壓濾機。

Each filter chamber is separately grouted to ensure that all filter chambers are fed synchronously, the filter plate group is evenly stressed, the slurry fills the filter chamber for a short time, and the filtration speed is much better than the center feed (single-end or double-end) filter press.

（2）高達?1.6MPa 壓力的隔膜擠壓能力，結合先進的濾餅斷面高壓吹風干燥新技術，更好的滿足了細顆粒物料和粘稠物料的過濾要求，能大大降低濾餅水分，從而縮短后續濾餅的烘干時間，降低能耗和運行成本。

The diaphragm extrusion capacity up to 1.6 MPa pressure, combined with advanced high-pressure air drying technology of filter cake section, can better meet the filtration requirements of fine particulate matter and viscous material, and can greatly reduce the moisture content of filter cake, thus shortening the subsequent drying time of filter cake, reducing energy consumption and operation cost.

（3）濾板組水平放置和濾餅置換式洗滌方式，可最大程度降低洗滌水消耗量，并有效提高產品洗滌效率和洗滌效果。

（5）所有濾板組一次性拉開，驅動濾布?S 形行走，兩端自動卸料，同時完成濾布雙面多點高壓清洗，濾布再生效果好，運行成本低。

（6）采用?PLC+ 觸摸屏自動控制技術，可顯示閥門開關狀態、查詢歷史記錄、故障報警以及在線修改工藝參數，靈敏度高、安全可靠、操作簡便。
